Terms of Use

1. Agreement
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Tea Time Beverage Company ("Tea Time," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Tea Time Hub application ("Software"). By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. License Grant
Tea Time grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Tea Time Hub solely for internal business operations of Tea Time Beverage Company. This Software is intended for authorized personnel only and is not for redistribution or resale.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Software to:
- Create and manage invoices for Tea Time customers
- Track inventory levels for Tea Time beverage products
- Synchronize invoice data with QuickBooks via authorized OAuth integration
- Generate voice-assisted invoices using AI transcription features
4. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Share access credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access data beyond your authorized scope
5. QuickBooks Integration
The Software integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online via OAuth 2.0. By connecting QuickBooks, you authorize the Software to create invoices and customers within your QuickBooks account on your behalf. Tea Time does not store your QuickBooks login credentials. Access tokens are stored securely and used only to sync invoice data. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting QuickBooks within the Software.
6. Data and Privacy
The Software stores invoice records, inventory data, and QuickBooks access tokens in a secure database accessible only to authorized Tea Time personnel. No data is sold or shared with third parties except as required to operate the QuickBooks integration. Voice recordings submitted through the AI invoice feature are processed by OpenAI and are not stored by Tea Time after transcription.
7. Sales Representative SMS Program
Tea Time offers authorized sales representatives optional work-related text notifications through Tea Time Hub, including secure links to invoices that are ready for review or sharing. This program does not enroll Tea Time customers.
By explicitly giving permission to Tea Time and having that permission recorded with the SMS agreement box next to your mobile number in Tea Time Hub, you consent to receive recurring informational text messages from Tea Time at that number. Consent is voluntary and is not required to work with Tea Time or use other available channels.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
STOP: Reply STOP at any time to opt out. After opting out, you will not receive further messages from this program unless you opt in again.

8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Tea Time Beverage Company. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to Tea Time's trademarks, logos, or brand features.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Tea Time does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tea Time shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software, even if Tea Time has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Tea Time may terminate your access to the Software at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Tea Time Hub SMS Terms
Tea Time Hub SMS messages are invoice-ready alerts only for authorized Tea Time sales representatives. They are not marketing messages and are not customer messages. The program does not enroll Tea Time customers.
