30-Day Return Window

You can request a return, refund, or exchange within thirty (30) days of the delivery date of your order. Requests made after 30 days can't be accepted.

What Qualifies

Eligible return requests may include:

• Unopened products: Unused cans or packs in their original packaging, with labels and seals intact
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Products that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered

All return, refund, and exchange requests are subject to review and approval.

How to Start a Return

1. Visit our Contact page within 30 days of delivery.

2. Submit your order number, the name on the order, the reason for the return, and whether you are requesting a refund or exchange.

3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Please do not ship anything back before receiving approval.

4. Once approved, pack the product securely. Keep your tracking number until the return is completed.

5. We will inspect the returned product and contact you with the outcome of your request.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking information until the return is completed.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and reviewed, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Items That Can't Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Orders outside the 30-day return window
• Products that have been tampered with, altered, or do not match the original order
• Products purchased from third-party retailers or stores
