What is the return policy for Tea Time Drinks? We want to give you the best service possible at teatimedrinks.com. If you need to return a product, please contact us via email sales@teatimedrinks.com within 24 hours of receiving your order and request a refund or exchange.
Customer Request For Return Or Exchange
All returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to ensure that we continue to provide the best possible product quality. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (with the exception of products shipped in error by Tea Time Drinks). Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is still in its original packaging, we will issue a refund or exchange, minus the cost of shipping, within 24 hours.
Error In Order Or Product Shipping
Teatimedrinks.com wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you received an incorrect product or order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make things right. Returns must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with the heat seal intact. Tea Time Drinks will either cover the costs of returning the product via USPS Priority in order to issue a refund or simply ship the correct product at the customer’s request. All shipping costs to replace or return a product sent by teatimedrinks.com in error.
Third-Party Shipper Error
Every order is packaged by teatimedrinks.com to withstand the beating that can occur when shipping a product over a long distance. We make every effort to get your product to you quickly, in the manner you specify at checkout, and without incident, but we are unable to control problems caused by USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We are unable to accept responsibility for products that are damaged in transit or are delayed by the shipping carrier. All orders are tracked, and if we discover that your order was never delivered, we will make every effort to locate the “lost” order or send a replacement.
